Friedens Church is a member of the Compass Cooperative Youth Ministry. The Compass Cooperative is comprised of 4 area churches, Emanuel's Lutheran, Friedens Church , Spirit of Joy Lutheran and St. Andrew's Episcopal. Compass Cooperative Youth Ministry provides a safe and welcoming place for youth to gather on a weekly basis.
The Youth Ministry at Friedens Church provides opportunities for worship, discipleship, fellowship, and leadership. They learn, grow, celebrate, and lead. They love God, each other, and the community. They're in the schools, teams, bands, student government, FFA, sports, cheerleading, and more.

Confirmation
The confirmation class usually meets for about nine months starting in September and culminating on Pentecost Sunday in May.
The decision to confirm ones baptismal vows and to become a member of Friedens Church is best made after careful study, reflection and consideration and prayer. The purpose of the Confirmation Class is to help familiarize students over the age of thirteen with the basic tenets of the Christian faith as well as with the role of a responsible member of the faith community. Students will be meeting from September to May and will be focusing on four major areas:
- The Bible
- Church History
- Faith and Spirituality
- Mission
